FAQ

Azone and APILOT FAQs

What is Azone?

Azone is a Real-Time Amazon Data API designed for product research, monitoring, and automation workflows.

Where do I get my API key?

Subscribe on RapidAPI. Your key is available in the RapidAPI dashboard and is sent in the required request header.

What if a product page is missing?

If the source page does not exist or is not available, the API returns a clear not found response and an error envelope describing the reason.

How should I handle timeouts and retries?

For upstream timeouts or transient failures, follow the retry guidance in the docs. Use short backoff and respect rate limits.

Do you support different Amazon marketplaces?

Yes. Pass the marketplace or country parameters as documented. The docs list supported values and examples.

What counts as a request on RapidAPI?

RapidAPI counts each successful call to an endpoint as a request. Plan quotas and overage rules are shown on the listing.

Do you cache responses?

Some responses may be cached to improve performance and stability. Caching rules are described in the docs.

How can I get support?

Use the contact form or email us at contact@apilot.net. Include the endpoint, marketplace, and a sample request id if available.
